I wander if I can use a web hsitng plan, in cocrete the Nitro hosting plan in http://www.webhostinghub.com/hosting-plans and install an application for mining cryptocoins online.....

no, you can't use a cheap web hosting plan to mine coins!
you have ssh access with your plan and probably could run mining software
but your provider and the other customers on your shared server will be not amused about your CPU workload
check the provider's ToS!
