I have created a file compound.conf in AppData\Roaming\Compound folder.
This is its contents:

Can someone assist me troubleshooting this?

Can I use the normal method of swapping UKC to COMP, by just sending the UKC from CoinExchange?  They won't get a confirmation I guess, but perhaps that's good enough for the swap?

Can you update more information from Coinexchange after 3 day? Did they reply your email? I have some Uk coin in there and the wallet is maintenance  mode
