Hey, I am trying to setup the wallet 1.3.0 for staking but it always show out of sync, upon debugging found that there is no compound.config file  in Roaming folder.

Under WIN: Look into AppData > Roaming > Compound
There you insert a txt. which has the following code in it:

1000 blocks = 2000 min = 33.33 hours = 1.389 days

he made a typo and wrote 1,389 days instead of 1.389 days. You can excuse him for that and let him focus on more important things.
