I see you are selling domains, you can sell this one too.
To be honest I don't see lots of use for it, you can use it to make reviews of gambling sites with roulette which are accepting bitcoins or altcoins to catch few referrals.

Thank you for your kind reply. I appreciate your advice. I would sell this domain, but in order to give it at a descent price, I should be looking for an end user. I now know that the end user might as well be me. I better focus and develop a new project, rather than make a few bucks from selling a domain.

IMO BlockchainRoulette.com is too long and too ordinary for a working site. Most of the people will also misspell roulette.
I suggest you to sell it.
