CONCEPT
The new generation of coin exchanges is here and we believe that they need to be with no commission.
The idea is that traders will make orders for buy and sell coins and they will receive the exact amount of coins they ordered, and at the exact price of the order, if the order is to be filled. However, it is quite rare that price of buy order will match exactly the price of a sell order, and the difference in price will be kept by the exchange.
With this advantage we believe traders will be happy to work with us and we will obtain a significant share of coin exchange market.
A medium sized coin exchange has a daily turnover of 100,000,000$, while they charge an average of 0.25% commission. So it's easy to calculate, that daily profit of the exchange itself is 250,000$. As shown in our roadmap, we'd like to achieve this turnover metric in 1.5 years. However, our practice shows that the profit of a commissionless exchange will be reduced to 0.1% of the turnover amount i.e. 100,000$ per day. We believe that commissionless exchange will be very attractive to the traders and will allow us to grow in a fast pace.

The token holders are equal to share holders of the COIX.IO exchange and are eligable for profit share according to their share of the company.

We plan to raise 3,000,000$ (10,000 ETH) in ICO to produce a top-tier coin exchange utilizing the most modern web/mobile technologies. We will start the development of the project once we raise 300,000$ (1,000 ETH) and we hope that other investors will catch on when they see the project's progress. Of course, early investors will receive additional tokens to compensate the risks.
ROAD MAP
Stage 1: PreICO And ICOOctober 1st, 2017 - November 1st, 2017 PreICO will take place, where tokens are sold in packages of 15,000$ (50 ETH) with +200% bonus to early investors. Each package will contain: 750,000 tokens (0.75% of the company), 1 seat in the board of directors, ability to sell tokens back to us upon ICO goal reach (the bonus will also get monitized, giving early investor 3x profit). Total of 4 PreICO packages available.
November 1st, 2017 - December 1st, 2017 we plan to raise 300,000$ (1,000 ETH) in ICO sale with 5%-20% bonuses to early investors.

November 8th, 2017 - November 14th, 2018 +15% to bought tokens.

January 1st, 2018 - May 1st, 2018 Frontend development using websockets, polling. SPA approach. Tech stack: React.js, Node Modules, Git.
January 1st, 2018 - May 1st, 2018 Backend development. Tech stack: PHP 7.1, Lumen, MySQL, Redis, Git.
February 1st, 2018 - June 1st, 2018 Mobile development for iOS and Android app.
April 1st, 2018 - June 1st, 2018 Adding content, help sections, support sections, support for coin markets.
During this time we plan to raise the rest of 3,000,000$ (10,000 ETH) from tokens that are for sale in ICO.
Stage 3: Marketing and Product ImprovementJune 2018 - July 2019 the project will be improved to be the best in its niche. It will be test proofed by traders and developers. Server architecture will be employed on AWS to account for growing traffic. Marketing strategy will be implemented to attract more traders.
We plan to hire at least 8 more people at this stage: 6 Developers, Devops, HR.
During this time additional shares may be sold to continue rapid growth of the company (up to 30% of the reserved shares may go for sale).
