"Print" Thread not working anymore...

I used to use the "print" hyperlink all the time and it might take a while but it would eventually download all of the hundreds of pages to one easily searchable page. 

Now, when I select "print" it tells me this, "The topic is too large to fit on one page."

It does this on firefox and chrome.  Anyone else seen this?  Anyway to make the print feature work again?

It was slowing down the forum to process thousands of posts in one request. Now it has the same limit as the [All] link, 500 posts.

If you use the search box in the upper right while in a thread, it searches only that thread.
