There's nothing wrong with etherdelta but I think OP want to buy cheap ebtc token here but this buying cheap ebtc coins is impossible for now since the price is pumping so hard and many people will get used to hold there token for quite long time since they might gonna earn huge if they will keep there coins for thereselves. but anyways maybe its good thing for now to used the ether delta since that site will be the best site for us to buy ebtc tokens.

You are right! Nothing is wrong with EtherDelta. I just want to buy them under their current value That may be convinient for people who dont use Ethereum, or they dont know how to use EtherDelta.
