As I know noone would really want newbie to translate paper about crypto. Being newbie means "having less information about crypto" in community's eyes. So I suggest you to follow forums more and rank up.
Correct and newbies, tend to "scam", if I may add. So you need to rank up before some projects will trust you doing translation for them. So its similar to signature campaign, no space to newbies to join. Just consider yourself making you first journey on crypto as a baby or newbie but for sure as you can knowledge and experience in this forum you will find translation and signature or bounties that you can join.
