As I had posted in a Vertcoin thread (still not sure if this has been discussed anywhere else)

In your opinions - what is the likely hood of Ledger integrating an on-chain atomic swap within its wallet service?
I only suggest this due to Ledger currently supporting BTC, LTC and on October 17th (estimated) they will be releasing support for Decred, Vert and Viacoin...

Having multi currency wallets and being able to trade BTC for LTC natively on the Nano S would be a pretty ground breaking implementation.

They could release in the future. But IMO will take some time. I believe that they have other features in their mind, as you can see in their roadmap[1];
