He is claiming that it is because of Mt. Gox, HOWEVER that doesnt stop him from being able to send my 9.32 BTC back... which he wont do, nor has he responded on all FOUR of his messengers as well as his Personal AND Business email address...

Looks pretty shady to me, and I'm not the only one having this problem.

If I dont hear from him within 48 hours, I'm going to be plastering his name all over everywhere as a scammer.

There is no excuse to not reply to someone for weeks and expect them to be patient.

Not happening.

Bitcoins are a real investment, don't automatically trust anyone.

If they had their funds and ability to work their business through Gox, while not smart, you will just have to pretty much wait.  Everyone is forced to at this point, all markets are fucked because of one, bitching is the last thing making it right itself.     Or maybe I'm wrong.   All I know is thinking a personal reply email from anyone regarding this when they are hearing the same questions over and over, I'd probably shut down the inbox for a while too just to clear my head.  I feel a lot of pity for all involved with other peoples money, they took the risk, but sure doesn't make its suck less for them right now.

They are over two weeks late for me also.

They changed their payment schedule several times (3 missed deadlines) but last I heard from them they said they would pay me out in full the Thursday the 16th BEFORE MtGox went down. No response that Friday (the 17th) and then MtGox went down Saturday. Not even an email since MtGox had issues though I write them every day.

They seem pretty unreliable even before the MtGox issues. I feel for their troubles but so far they have just cheated me. I even confirmed in a personalized email exactly what I wanted and the time frame I needed it by. They said 24 hours no problem, then 72 hours ok. After that time went by I wrote a couple of times. They assured me (yet again) that they would pay me within the next 24 hours. MtGox went down about 48 hours after their 3rd promise.

$1000 USD - I liked their previous feedback but let this be a warning to others.

I will post here when they pay me. I still hope they are honest, just unreliable.

Hey m3t4lh34d, you have been paid out a while ago, please update this thread as your issue has been taken care of.

ExchangeNothing: as stated earlier, my WU payouts sometimes get reversed, you were one of them. We have been in e-mail contact, and the delays in response were due to both a flood of incoming mail and the fact that I was travelling and did not have 24.7 access to my inbox.

BitcoinPorn: You hit the nail on the head. MtGox merchant services is still down and had a log of my outgoing payments, so there are some delays there. I'm doing my best to pay everyone out and can guarantee NO ONE WILL BE LEFT UNPAID.

Temporarily slow, yes, down for the count? NEVER!

Wow, I would argue this thread should stay up.

I really pity the situation, but all these people wanting to take on the challenges of being the big bad exchange, are all paying for it, but it seems like it is at a snails pace.

Everyone is getting their payouts, not one person has ever been ripped, it is just taking a bit more time than anticipated because of the infrastructure dying out this month and Western Union is reversing random payouts that I am sending, insisting I am a fraud victim ::rolls eyes::

By the start of the new month, payouts will be back to their 24-72 hour window.

I did receive an email today. Payment promised by tomorrow. If he comes though I will post here.
This is a valuable service and it does sound like bitcoinexchange has been down on their luck.

We shall see. Verdict so far is honest and overwhelmed, but I still have not gotten paid.
Expect an update either way tomorrow.

...another deadline and another disappointment...
He wrote "tomorrow for sure" on the 29th. I got an email the 30th that said he would send it Friday morning (July 1st) It is getting pretty late now on Friday afternoon and no email no money.

This is going to be a very unhappy long weekend if I do not get my money today.

For those of you keeping track, tomorrow will be THREE WEEKS

I will post here and on the main thread when I get my money.

This guy has only had negative feedback for about a month. His bit-coin OTC reviews have also gone bad. If you have any good experiances with this guy please post here otherwise we should consider him a cheat. Looks like he owes a lot of people money.

Did he pay you yet? Please update us. He has a nice site  but he sounds pretty sketchy. I am glad I did not go though with it. Is he paying low amounts for his old good reviews or are those fake?

I cashed out $691 mtgusd.  Took a little longer than I'd have liked but went smooth.  If you check the main BitcoinExchange.cc thread in Marketplace you will see that while some people had to wait a bit, each and every one of them were paid(as far as I can see from the 20 pages of posts there) including myself.

I've been waiting for my WU since ~13th of june. He wrote it would go out same day a few times a while back, but have had no reply for at least 14 days.

EDIT: The amount i've patentiently have been waiting for is around 200 usd if i remember right.
EDIT: I've got the transfer now. Apparently it was already sent out a week ago, but had trouble reaching my inbox.

UPDATE (from the original thread, for the newbie's info):
Just RECEIVED my funds from Payoneer (as in just now 7/4/2011 12:00AM EST as stated by Payoneer)! Worth 1000.00$! It took a while (from the 13th of June) but hey, I can say he is a trustworthy guy, what Bitcoin is all about - trust.

Let my post be somewhat a relief for all of us. I'm ready to do another transaction with him when we get in touch.

Let's all hope everything is streamlined now and the next transactions would be faster just like before (almost instant).

What I can suggest is be patient, it's ok if you keep on e-mailing him, or IM, there's nothing wrong with following-up especially when things take longer than usual but keep everything professional. I personally have almost doubted him and even asked for a refund, but I gotta agree, most of the setbacks were from 3rd party issues.

I hope he posts here again to update us on his progress, I get he has a long backlog of transactions, all caused by the unexpected events. Cheers and Happy 4th of July!

On June 6, sent bitcoins.

Still waiting for cash out.  From the last communication, it should be occurring 'soon' (ie today or tomorrow).

Will update as more information arrives.

My amount is larger than most of the others that I've seen posted here.

EDIT (7/5):

Received an e-mail saying that the transfer had been completed on his end.  Funds are still outstanding on my end.

EDIT (7/5 1600 Eastern):
Funds (minus what I think is a heinous bank fee) have arrived in my account.

ps - still hate newbie status.

Benjie,

I emailed you asking for the destination address to refund your 7.92 BTC, you asked for a refund on them and I still have them to return to you, you never replied. Please send me your BTC address via e-mail.
