I like NEO and Stratis. But anyway my vote is for Stratis. I like their aspiration to development of technologies.

I think only neo has the power to beat ethereum in couple of years. Their project is huge and its not even hype or anything like that. Even ico problems didn't kill it.

none of these because:
- Eher has a big foundation behind it which started with a lot of money they slowly gained a lot more with the pump and dumps too. they won't let it die that easily. other projects don't have those deep pockets to advertise and pump their coins.
- a lot of people have already gotten caught in the ether hype and are ensnared. this was mostly because of the miners which were a big part of the whole thing so far. they will not leave that easily.
- a lot of ICOs which are the initial reason for the ETH rise and they are keeping it alive.

although many of these are changing, like ICOs eventually dying or mining to die soon,... it will take a long time to kill ETH. probably it will be a slow death too.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

Definitely only NEO, but it seems that people always call it the ethereum of china, but, why choose ethereum from china when we can choose the real ethereum.
Ethereum is popular because ICO use eth to fund their project by ICO or crowdsale but NEO, I rarely see it. Maybe in the future.

Coins never kill/replace each other. Otherwise we'd only have a few coins and not hundreds of them.

^ this dude is 2 for 2 in my book today. Kudos.

That means I agree.

I wonder though if there could ever be a coin that pretty much killed all the rest of them? Seems far-fetched, because speculators always want a new bag to buy low and sell high to the FOMO. Yet what if the ecosystem matured such that most people were satisfied with a ledger and moved on to investing in crowd equity for app revenues instead of tokens (and if ICOs basically became banned every where)?

Zcash maybe? It is a good coin with new technology. However, ethereum is being upgrade year by year and I can not guarantee that it will be the same in the next year. After every update, Ethereum becomes stronger and stronger and the price of ethereum also increases. I believe that the metropolis will make ethereum great again

I haven't yet thought at all for one of the other Altcoins can take the position / will be above the power of Ethereum. So far and if looking at the prices history of all Altcoins from before, Ethereum continuesly looking far more tallest than other Altcoins, it seems chances are small if that another coins can beating Ethereum.

Can you add a choice for “None of the above” to your poll?

I could not vote.

I would also vote for “None of the above”. I sure have high hopes for Tezos token, but still think that non of above will effect ETH much. Maybe IOTA will be the new ETH in few years time.

Then you probably are unaware or disagree with my highly negative analysis of IOTA.

that's a cute combination of words, "ethereum killer". Ethereum has far too much traction to be "killed" any time soon. at least 80% of alts depend on the ethereum network in one way or another through its development. In the end - yes, eventually ethereum will meet its predecessor but at the moment it's a staggering feat to accomplish

I like NEO and Stratis. But anyway my vote is for Stratis. I like their aspiration to development of technologies.

I definitely agree that those two has the potential specially Stratis. There's a lot of movement on the part of Stratis dev and I think if they have completed in time, they will surely gain a lot of looks from investors. But I'm not sure though if they are behind schedule. Last time I check they should have released a June update.

As for NEO, we all know that this is the Chinese Ethereum. Although the latest news from China really affected the price of NEO, but since rebounded to $50. I think the banning of ICO by the Chinese government really affected NEO. So it will take years before it became Ethereum Killer. But let us see how things developed.

There is no killer at all. Maybe there is powerfull competitors but thats not a bad thing. Market cap of crypto currencies growing day by day and its normal to see new competitors born.
It not a bad thing its really good to have alternatives and competitors in all business models.

Wow, how many killers have Ethereum. So far, none of the killers have failed in their task, and many died themselves. Something tells me that they will not work in the future.
