Are you serious about this? That's a ton of participants but it's still possible. I doubt it that you a single manager can do the job, you need at least 5 I guess to make that campaign run with 7,000 participants. But in the beginning, you can still have hundreds of participants and a single manager can handle that. This project surely is big I guess if ever you will start it out or you've got big budget on advertising.

You need at least 4 managers for that an experienced one, not those who have 1 or just 2 campaigns managed. And of course, a budget for that 7000 people who will participate and it will take a huge one. And you should hire an escrow to store the funds so people will no doubt about the payment for joining the campaigns will be managed.

I want to believe you meant 700 participants and even if its 7000 you need to have serious financial backing for reputable managers to take you serious because for this to be managed effectively, you will need nothing less than 25 managers based on my calculations and getting that will involved the big names, medium names and the upcoming managers.

The bringing together those big wits will mean enough funds in escrow, serious vetting of your proposed project, enough investigations among others. But if its going to be in tokens, it might be less strenuous because some managers would willingly avoid it but be sure not to attract attention with that massive proposal.

This must be a joke. No campaign can run with that much participates involved. Even if they pay 0.001btc to every participate in a week, they will have to pay 7btc every week, which is insane if someone really pays it.
The purpose of running a signature campaign is to promote a service, and to get more people to use it, so that the service providers get profit out of that, but if the service itself earns less than the marketing expenses, then it is totally senseless.

Your project must be big, from what you are looking.
It is possible but one thing that you should put in mind OP is to make a higher or highest reward compare to other campaigns here so that most of the members will transfer to your campaign and for you to achieve your target participants.

The required participants of OP can make you laugh but if this information is legit, then it can be true, tho the project should have huge budget to sustain all the participants with standard pay not just below standard, you can see it from the payments of yahoo is just for example because no one will try to join if the rates is too low.

It is possible but i really wonder about bount pool. What will you distribute firstly. If you distribute your tokens / coins, you should seperate nearly half of your tokens for this bounty campaign. If you pay BTC /ETH/USD you should have a strong budget. Because nobody interests with small value. I offer you decrease the participants.

I can say that this is attainable but 7000? *sweat*. But if this is real and ain't mistypo (from 7000 to 700 I guess), I admire your confidence about your dream project. You really need to carefully choose the right manager or should I say "managers".

I assume that before you asked this question, you already have a strong plan about your project, strong financial funds and vision for this project.
