I funded my Tradehill account with 50 BTC. If you can hack into my account, you can keep the money.

username: maria.venezuela@gmail.com

I will you give you an extra 10 BTC if you teach me and the forum how did you do it step by step.

Maria.

Note to TradeHill: I hope your security is the best because we can not afford to be GOXED in the future.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Love it.  Maria likes to drop it like it's hot.

This is probably illegal, similar to announcing a reward for shoplifting.

Are you affiliated with a competitor?

"If you can hack into my account, you can keep the money."

The only way I'd attempt something like this would be if tradehill also gave permission.
Seems unlikely they would, unless the 'hacker' were to give some undertaking they'd do so in ways that are highly unlikely to disrupt the system, and also that tradehill would be given time to fix any hole before the exploit were made public.

100 BTC if you can paste here my TradeHill Refferal ID.

I want to make sure my account is safe in the hands of my friends at TradeHill.

If I were you, I would add something like "Valid until Aug 31" lest a hole is discovered a year from now (not unlikely at all) and someone comes to claim the bounty from you.

Tradehill makes you pick strong passwords when you sign up including capital letters, numbers, and at least 8 characters.

Be humble!

Let me get this straight.  This isn't a trick?  You aren't going to get me on some technicality... like "I said 'paste it here' meaning paste it in MY message".

You're telling me if I can paste your TradeHill Referral ID into a message post of my own, that you'll give me 100 Bitcoins?
If you are serious, I'll take on this challenge.  I am absolutely positive I can do this, but I don't want you to say that you were only kidding.

Is the referral ID , until willingly shared, really only accessible by the user themself, and not calculable based on publicly avaiable information?

(I dont always get new reply notifications, pls send a pm when you think it has happened)
