So anyone here is being locked by white ip lists or 2fa authentication and had been waited for about 2 weeks with wex.nz support system ?
Lol, I'm thinking they are going to scam now.

Or i may understood why FBI touched them month ago, they are so stupid to think that they just keep money from people like this without any consequence ! Many people gave them to lawyer company and of course it makes sense in USA.

All because of suck support  Undecided

Honestly never heard about that site .. looks like their chat right now is not active and i think this site is not active. .
Are you using them for a long time?
If you are just send them a ticket or contact them via pm just few hours ago or yesterday i think better to wait for their support responds for a week because there are some trading site are responds with in 1 week if they are still not reply to your message expect that this site is not active and scam..

Just post here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0
In scam accusation to let other people also to not use the site if ever your issue not solve..

WEX, previously known as BTC-E has always had horrible support, so nothing new here. I see a whole lot of complaints pop up on social media from people with similar problems, and they too are waiting for an answer that for whatever reason takes WEX plenty of weeks to come up with. WEX is drying out as we speak because people are slowly but surely withdrawing everything, where they have no problems selling their debt tokens below the 50% mark of initial issue value. Crypto premiums are there for a reason.

Yep, you right WEX is known as BTCE before. They came up after being catched by FBI few weeks ago. Members usually wait for a week for an answer but not the solution or the result for their problems.
Have been played there for years but since they got into trouble, I realized they really suck as well as their support now.
Anyone know how to make them reply faster ?

If they wanted to scam then they would have never refunded users their money. They didn't even have the obligation to refund the users their money or to provide so many options for them to claim their balance, but they did.

But yes, their support is absolutely BS.

Probably same team of incompetent support that worked over at BTC-e. It's known for little to no support.

your quickest way to a better response is probably to do your tickets in russian.

they claim they're a whole new operation but they're quite clearly not. whitelist and ip problems are classic btc-e issues and their support has always been terrible.

Why do you even bother with questionable services with semi-legit reputation? When your money is at stake I would rather use some more reputable exchange.
I don't mind sharing personal data and sleep well at night, rather than trying to be anonymous and get scammed by some equally anonymous people.
Wex.nz  is not a scam yet but it is not exactly the best exchange IMO, it could be gone any moment.

There are really people who do really love to use unknown or not yet famous exchangers and as being said above this is the old btc-e?-correct me if I'm wrong. If it does then their support do really suck since from the beginning.
As being suggested better to send them tickets on Russian and this method might work out.

I think by now we should be aware that BTC-e or Wex.nz has one of the worst support out there. I didn't stay with them that long when I have experience my first issue with them. Although they were able to resolved them, I have to like open a lot of goddamn tickets to caught their attention. I don't know though if you can speak Russian, but I didn't so I just have to bother them everyday and I promised myself not to deal with them again. Too bad you are now trapped.

You might give me another idea to take their attention (open tons of goddamn tickets). Anyone know their account here in bitcointalk ? It was the most stupid thing when joining btc-e or wex, just because I didn't know any other better places to trade BTC in past....

People have been sending their main forum account loads of PM's and haven't seen anything back, ever. You have done the only right thing already, and that's submitting various tickets instead of just one.

BTC-E is either genuinely lacking manpower to handle everything, which is quite common for them, or they are on purposely avoiding answering support tickets ~ both scenarios may very well apply to an exchange as BTC-E.

they won't respond from these accounts anymore. they are trying to appear as if btc-e is completely dead and the database and obligations of users were "bought" by an "investment company" which launched WEX. it makes no sense, but whatever.

their twitter: https://twitter.com/WEXnz
no bitcointalk account that i know of. support is at: https://wex.kayako.com

unfortunately, btc-e was always very reliable and their interface worked perfectly. but when things occasionally go wrong, their support is terrible. seriously, if you have a russian-speaking friend, now is the time to reach out to him. i know westerners who got permanently locked out of their accounts when they lost 2FA. my russian friend had it sorted in one day (with 2-week lockout period).

the thing here is that clearly they do not have a solution yet for ip whitelist/2FA problems. and like i said, sadly, some users have been permanently locked out of their accounts because of these issues --- and this was before the FBI seizure. many people have given the same report: back and forth with support, providing document after document, answering questions about funding deposits and proving control of depositing addresses, then silence...... Undecided

do not limit yourself to just posting this in a forum, you should go to the police and report your case, here you will not get anything.

if you have any problems with them then you go to the police and report your problem, these guys have already been involved in serious problems and they have bad reputation and even with this bad reputation many people decided to continue to use the shady services provided by them and I wonder what exactly the people who decided to use their shady services expected? Did they expect them to provide the best service? to think like that would be very naive, I'm sorry but the truth.

I have the same problem. My account is locked, I have followed the verification process, but they will not unlock my account or do anything.

They do not respond to any tickets that you raise. It looks like they are just lining up another scam to steal from the last remaining users.

Damn, that sucks. I can't say I'm surprised. This was the exact same MO that BTC-e had for locked out accounts. They would ask for everything under the sun for verification, then they would simply freeze you out and close the tickets without unlocking the account/resolving the issue. A lot of people have had this happen, and it's the reason why the BTC-e forum account here has negative trust.

I used their service for years, and my feeling was always that if something went wrong and I needed support or verification, that the funds were simply lost. I was okay with that because their service was reliable and automated like clockwork.
