Why Ethereum around 300 while Bitcoin had recovered to 4400

I have noticing that Ethereum is stagnant between 290 - 300 . While Bitcoin had sureged 500 upwards in last 10 days.

I do not see any momentum evenethough there are so many tokens are using ethereum tokens  ERC20 platform for their ICO and listing.

Maybe because ethereum was like 13 dollars not too long ago.
There are 94 million eth in circulation, maybe we're at the right price for now?

Shouldn't ether collapse under its own weight at some point. Does it's blockchain support all of the erc-20 tokens also?! Also don't forget ether was 10 cents not that long ago, you are basically stuffing the pockets of millionaires every time you buy one of their 10 cent tokens for 300$

You're right it all seems and feels quite artificial. The whole process does, the growth spurt, the price etc.
Will be interesting to see what happens with the fork.

ETH for my opinion should be listed at least at 350-400, it should get recoveted like bitcoin and some other coins!

Hash difficulty is high too which will increase the price

Because all ICO's collect money with ETH and then dump it. Big whales don't want to rise the price. They accumulate those ETH's for long term gains.

I was wondering exactly the same today. Bitcoin is going up from a week and ETH is staying in 290-310 range.
IMO some ICOs are selling their collected ethers and they are pushing the price down.
My expectation for ether was 330-380 this week...

Every crypto may have different system and different protocol. We all know that Bitcoin is the best, so it is normal if the price of Bitcoin will always go up and other crypto may go down. But I heard that maybe, other crypto can beat the Bitcoin. We just do not know yet, no one knows about the future. Maybe the developers can make a better system or better protocol, let us see what the future looks like.

I also notice the same. Ethereum is just running around the $300 value. It breaks it and go beyond with some couple of dollars more and then let go of the $300 again. And then back to $300 or a dollar more. I am positive though that before the year ends this will go beyond $500.

That's one of the questions I wanted to know too, I really am wondering what's Ethereum holding back when Bitcoin had already recovered, Ethereum had not reach a new ath ever since Bitcoin dumped before the Segwit happened. I really hope it'll increase its value back again just like before.

i think while Bitcoin =$5000 , price ethereum will recover to 350 ,maybe less

don't forget that ethereum needs time before break the $500 barrier and I think its too soon for ethereum to reach that price. but I believe that ethereum itself can reach more than $500 and bitcoin can reach $4500 but I think we only need to be patience. this is not just happen in one night to reach that price and its need a lot of thing before it is happen.

Wait for the hardfork and the price will definitely rise.  comparing the price surge of bitcoin and eth is like comparing apples with oranges.
