Can some experienced miners provide constructive criticism on my new rig?

Yeah, you should get at least a 850w pu for that, and you only need 1 gig of ram for mining.

Thanks for the comments.
Oh, I forgot to mention that I bought the Diamond 6950 1GB card for use with my current desktop and not with the new rig.
This card has a BIOS switch and wanted to explore feasibility of unlocking the shaders. If the unlock operation is successful, I may buy few more of these.

If you bought the 3rd 6950 for something other then mining, then you'll be fine with 620 Watts.  In addition, Antec has some awesome PSU's.

Get a new method! Mining is risky and unprofitable!
