Apparently when you send someone money they get a prepaid credit card using this service and then you can just keep refilling it.

It seems a bit cheaper than western union for sending cash and you dont have to go to an agent to pick up the money.

https://www.ikobo.com/for-business.html  the business account looks promising as a way for someone to send multiple payments out. It needs a US bank account right now but they say it will be more countries in future.

Hum...  seems like a good candidate for a gateway from bitcoin to Visa/ATM.
