Bitcointalk is a great source for coin announcements. Are there other sources though? Particularly for international ones in a different language. Cryptocurrencies are huge in China / Korea / Japan / India. I imagine there's some kind of forum or outlet in Chinese, Korean, Japanese etc. where the coins are announced?

Cryptocurrencytalk is another site where most coin announcements can be found beside Bitcointalk. Some actually prefer that site more than this forum since it's not that crowded. However, traffic-wise, Bitcointalk still stands as the major outlet for promotion when it comes to forums, as the number of members of this site is massive compared to others.

Now, aside from these two, you should also take a look at Bitcoingarden and Allcryptotalk, as both also provide a medium for ANNs. They also have local sections which are favorable for people who are not native English speakers.

Are you kidding or really don't know about these ANNs only working here on this forum mate? go search all over the internet, there are none interested

People in cryptocurrencies and ICOs other than this forum, if you see people advertising their projects on Twitter and Facebook is to link people mostly

To their ANN threads which again was posted here. the main source is here, I don't know about other places with the same traffic.

I do not think there is anywhere better to start it except in bitcointalk. some of them only support publications such as medium, slack, twitter, and facebook, even now added to youtube, instagram and thunderclap, also publications on icodrops, icorating, tokenmarket, coinschedule, etc

Bitcointalk is only the world wide forum to announced their project. You will never find other than in bitcointalk itself. If you are seeing some related news about the project in the crypto news site and the bitcointalk is only the good place to made an announcement.

besides bitcointalk, cryptocurrencytalk is another site most of the coin announcements can get. but bitcointalk remains the primary choice for promotion when it comes to forums because of the huge number of enthusiasts.

Best website is of course here, bitcointalk. For other sources there are couple ico countdown websites you can easily find by google. Some of them aren't getting announced here but can make good money still.

Could you let me know these websites? I'm by no means an expert but I have a working knowledge of Chinese, and a touch of Japanese.

When you say every Asian project is listed in websites - do you mean that they launch individual websites for their own coins? But then they must announce it somewhere right? Maybe there are other websites / twitter accounts that cover the launches of new projects?
