This is disadvantage for Rupee now if some newbies who has never known Integram, Slack... and if they firstly check in the Rup's Announcement page from the Coinmarketcap and saw that there's only 2 pages so far about RUP on Bitcointalk they can make the assumption that RUP have an poor community and inactive DEV.

Actually, RUP has a very strong community and solid and motivate and active DEV team ever and we can see all of community and DEV are working together actively in Integram, Slack, Facebook and Twitter. If anyone can convert all of the conversations and announcements they've made on CryptoRupee (Telegram, Slack, Fb, Twitter) to Bitcointalk forum for just within 2 weeks (starting from the date of relaunch) I think it may worth at least 300-400 pages.

Before I invest in this project I would really want to know what the legal situation is. There is a lot of stuff going on in India in terms of its national currency, and the centralization tendency does not really allow for something like a decentralized digital currency. Could you please say something about that? In general, India is a huge market and the perfect fit for digital currency, but the overall situation is difficult in my eyes.
