I got this message regarding delisted coin in bittrex.

ALL MEMBERS WHO HAVE #BTS COINS, TRANSFER THEM TO POLONIEX, BECAUSE #BTS, #BTA AND #DAR ARE GOING TO BE  DELISTED FROM BITTREX.

Anyone know about?
1) requirement to be listed in any exchange?
2) why delisted the coin if the volume & price still reasonable?
