cannot receive any coin in my B3coin wallet

Hello, how are you guys:
The reason I'm here because I want to get the help and advice from you guys.
I have withdrew 752 b3coin from Chryptopia exchange yesterday, but my B3coin wallet still shows zero, I've still not received any coin from the exchange, meanwhile the exchange show the transaction completed with the transaction id. my wallet is up and running all the time.
Can anyone help me? how can I track the transaction with the ID? Is there any website I can use to do the tracking?

Actually I just got the reply from the exchange support, it seems they just start processing it, but I was told the wallet has to be synced.
since I restart my wallet last night, it is still out of sync.
my questions:
1. why it takes such a long time to sync? Is it normal to complete sync in 48 hour or more?
2. what happens if my wallet out of sync, can the coin still be delivered to the un-synced wallet? can the b3coin wait for the wallet synced without timed out?

Yes, it is normal that sync with the blockchain takes some time. The core downloads the blockchain and checks it, this takes time.
Your funds will arrive, you even if your wallet is out of sync. It will appear as soon as the sync is completed

You can check the tx on blockchain.info by entering the tx id.
