Different difficulty on different pool

Hey together,
is there anybody who could explain to me how it works with the difficulty managed by the pool? I'm mining the same coin on two different pools and i realized that the one pool shows me a diff of 7 and the other one a diff of 64. Cause of this, i have less accepted shares on the pool with a difficulty of 64 (obviously). I wonder now if i would have more or less the same number of coins mined even if i have less accepted shares at the end of the day...

Thanks for any explanations or hints where i can find more information.
