We can , One exchange just proved it to me . I sent them numerous address and they told me which wallet/exchange the address belongs to .

They do this to not to send BTC to darknet and blacklisted addresses. So i am being curious that how it works.
Maybe, they are using the transaction fee to determine the wallet even then it is impossible as most wallets give the facility to change that manually.

Please help me to undersatand how it was off topic?

Because your reply has nothing to do with anything. If you had any knowledge of how transaction fees worked, then you would not have answered with such an inane reply. Tx fees would have almost nothing to do with the transaction, especially considering transactions range in sizes and hence the sat/byte would be different. One would want to maximize sat/byte for a quicker transaction [to a point] and thus keeping the same static fee would be a bad choice
Technical Support is more strict on their replies since they require you to have some knowledge of the topic.

It seems like sending fiat to exchanges is not a quick process?

What would instant fiat to your exchange be worth to you?

Probably all the referral links. Stick it in your signature if you really need clicks and point them to it.
