No , i don't have the users manual
but i systematicaly maintain up to date by the manufacturer website. anyway i can miss something .. :oups:
in add yes i will explain this way if i need to flash the board, the benchmarks run good and make it stress so the gpu is not "stuck" and the games runs in ultra
in other way , i noticed i have the gpu of the radeon which is n°1 and gpu of intel chipset ivy bridge which is n°2 . so maybe the mining programs cannot handle more than 1 gpu & 1 cpu. i don't know
thank you for your answer
jackgOne instance of the software maybe not but two should. Try just running it on the GPU and see if that helps.
Try a piece of software like nicehash or another one that allows you to rent GPU power and see if the specs relate. It's unusual to see that mining on a GPU doesn't work too well. Are you sure it's one a GPU is good for mining which coin/algorithm is it?
Also, if you have an inbuilt Intel GPU that could be what's being mined on instead as Intel GPUs are generally poor.
