i see now NSU token. How do they get together?

I don't know if they can do it after pre-ICO? At the moment, the Ico and the second stage of the campaign bounty take place. Tokens of the NST will be automatically exchanged for NSU tokens at the rate of 1 NST = 3.22 NSU.
