Hey guys!
I am building a 6x Nvidia Gigabyte p106-100 mining rig. I use H81 PRO BTC R2.0 motherboard, 4gb ram and 1x 700w technoware psu+1x 500w technoware.

When I try to mine with 6 gpu I get "Error 15, cannot get temperature." or something like that and bunch of red errors. Then claymore restarts itself and starts working with 5gpu and continues to do so. I have tried disconnecting random GPU and then it works normal, even if I plug out 2 or 3 random GPUs one at the time it works with 5, so it shoudn't be the gpu or raiser failure?

I have tried connecting motherboard + 3 and then 4 gpus on 700w PSU, then I tried connecting motherboard +2 and then 3 GPUs on 500w PSU, still the same problem. I have added molex cable to motherboard, set GEN1, tried literally everything I could think of...

When mining I have touched GPU to see which one is cold, tried that one only and it worked normally.

I am really desperate here, any advice will be thankful!

normally when i get that error i swap out the riser because they are cheap.  About 80% of the time that works.  If that don't work a card at a time until you can duplicate that error.  I'm not big on dual power supply setups, but i doubt thats the issue.

Okay will try that tomorrow.
Otherewise could the motherboard be the problem?

You have pretty much the best mining board ever put to market. I have never had a problem running 6 GPUs on this board.

Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.

It is not related to the mother board.
