what hashrate gpu0 producing ? and what the another ones ?
you might need to plug in a monitor or a dummy plug to gpu 0

I had the same problem with 6 1070s once and I switch from 16000 to 24000 then reboot and It made a difference.

Did not work still same rate, i don't know whats going on.
When i tested the rig, i was getting equal rates on all gpu's.

Now i've installed blockchain amd driver and the pixel patch and did a clean windows install, after i tried to flash the BIOS, maybe i've messed something up there ? idk

Did you connect monitor to that GPU?
Probably the GPU is doing something else and that is why you hashrate is lower.

I had similar issues with the GPU that had monitor connected to it.
When i removed the connection and started using the motherboard integrated gpu the hashrate got back at normal levels.

Having same problem again. I'm starting to think this is a hardware problem. When i swapped the second gpu to the first position. The same thing happened.
So not a GPU problem.

Suggestions guys?
