Regarding ICO

Hello!

I am interested to know I dont know if its the right forum,
Tell me who know for example if a company planing ICO is the ICO need to be subjected to something? I mean is there need to be specific filled that ICO need to be created on?
or its can be done on everything?

For example I want to build a startup for X and I need to get the starting capital money so if I open an firm and would like to people to invest in my project can it be done like ICO?

ICO would be in reference to new startup tokens and similar schemes.   This is an alternative to bitcoin system of cryptocurrency so its most relevant to ask in Bitcoin Forum > Alternate cryptocurrencies > Altcoin Discussion  section:

If you read the Announcements (Altcoins)  then you can see various projects and decide for yourself.   I dont know there is any set rules exactly but reading there would be the place to start
