hi i want to create an alt coin that support the crypto community but i cart really find a good guide. i also would like community to join in the development   because i see so many scam coins out there and the community always lose profit like i have. i want a coin where the community can say what they want from the coin (specs, block reward, max supply, premine) and how it will work. any help to start of the coin will be good thanks.
