Im looking for a coin dev to change the parameters from Litecoin 0.14 with my own coin specs.

I have built wallets using 0.10 before but at the moment I'm busy coding the game ready to meet our deadlines so i am wanting to outsource this to save time.
You don't need to provide deployment files just edit the code with our spec.
