LOL... obesity due to smartphone use? This is the first time I am hearing about it. But I would agree with you on the point that using smartphones during the nighttime can be detrimental to the health. I have seen this firsthand, as many of my friends are addicted to the social media (Facebook, Instagram, twitter .etc) and remain hooked on to their smartphones for the entire day.

The impact of social media sometimes scares me,  because it has it's positive and negative impact.
Though social media has give us more convenient use like for example when it comes to business or reaching out with other people,  sure it is the fastest way for communication, but it's influence still can be manipulative and can harm other people like for example in giving thoughts about someone or in giving news.
