Community Mining - Bitfury Asic Miner 120GH/s --> All Shares taken [closed]

In this thread we want to introduce a new community mining project which is based on bitfury mining devices. (Group buy -> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=223656.0 )
It will be based on the same scheme like our open source asic miner projekt (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=216782.0)

Advantages:
-Low power costs (0,7W – 1W / GH) -> So you will get more mining earnings.
-120GH / device for a low price of 1,25 BTC / 3GH/s

About this project:
-There will be 40 shares for 1,25 BTC each per device.
-One share equals a hashing power of 3GH/S
-The devices will be hosted by us (No hosting effort for you !)
-The power costs will be subtraced from the mining earnings.
-There will also be a small handling fee of 1,5% before ROI and 5% after ROI
-Please note the User Akka is already provided with my identity data-> see my other community project

We will buy the Mining Units from the following Group Buy:

As Metabank.ru only delivers inside of Russia, we are depending on the  „proxy service“
of  Senseless. This means, he orders the Mining Units for us at metabank.ru and forward them to us.

Senseless charges an amount of 38-40+BTC / device

As we have to calculate additonal costs for customs and taxes, we will charge 50 BTC/ device
Senseless doesnt use any Escrow, this means the risks of this order are carried by the purchaser.

Attention Pre Order! If Senseless doesnt deliver, we take no responsability!
But we think the Groupbuy is very legitimate, because also Luke-Jr ( BFGMiner developer) has already ordered a device.

How to buy a Share
1. send payments only to the mentioned adress:
Orders closed
2. post a PM or a post with your BTC adress(sending adress) and the amount of shares you bought
(If the receiving adress shouldnt be the same like the sending adress please also send the receiving adress!)

If the necessary BTC for 1 Miner are collected we will immidiatly send an order and notify you here in the thread.

If the Pre orders are closed and I still have BTC for Shares, you get your BTC back.

First come, first served, the ones that pay first will get a fixed Share, because we are only ordering a fixed amount of devices and the amount of pre orders is also fixed!

Terms for Sharetrading
# A share trading fee of 2% will apply.
# Any trading of shares is handled by me, that means you can sell the shares, but the buyer pays the BTC directly to me, then I will subtract the 2% share trading fee, and forward the BTC to the share seller.

You are free to invest where you like to, but you cant just take the 30 BTC and think this are the full costs..

We have to pay at least +6 BTC for customs and this is just to bring the device from Russia to EU, there could be other/more expanses to take into account.

Of course, I'm just thinking 10BTC = $1300 for customs when the device is $2100 and thinking what? and we could at least opt to pay a certain amount of DOLLARS for custom fees when it's ready to ship, instead of BTC now, because who knows what BTC will be worth in 3+ months? You could be getting $5000 for customs, or $50, but more likely $1500+.

There's other fees, and I'm sure the 1.5% will help. If it's not enough, increase that IMO.

Imports to my country, Canada, would only cost $245. What about yours?

Again, Eric nobody is forcing you to join this Groupbuy.

In most countrys in Europe you pay the full VAT to bring goods in your country from outside of EU, this is 20% in my Country (Austria) .This value is without any additional customs costs. (the 6BTC is of course a real value which we have to pay for as a minimum).

You cant expect that the customs will be calculated on the Original Price, they are usually calculated on the reseller price you payed for.

I have already interests for 17 /40 Shares.

I would suggest that you join an US Groupbuy as it seems there are no high VATs, customs costs and other fees.
