I think 10BTC markup is a little extreme. Those guys are hosting it, so that's why they charge a large markup.

The original device is 17BTC.

40BTC = 3 BTC per GH = 0.003 BTC per MH

We can get 0.0041 per MH with YABMC's perpetual mining bond, or 0.007 per MH with TAT's VIRTUALMINE IPO, both *right now* when Bitfury's will take 3+ months, if at all, and with the risk of trusting not only Bitfury, Metabank, TheSwede75, and you.

In addition, the difficulty is going up 25% in 2 days.

Prices are becoming ridiculous.

I think there's an error in your calculation. It's 1 BTC per 3 GH/s. Which is 0,33BTC/GH/s or 0,00033BTC per MH/s. So it's cheaper by a factor of 10.

The first list was just a list of potential buyers (we needed to evaluate the demand on those devices ) . The real share holder list was made of the payments. We need to do that because there´s a limited amount of devices, so we need a fast payment.

I am interested in 1 share for the second miner. Do I make a payment now or wait confirmation that there us enough interest?

We think there is enough demand for more devices, the first one is ordered now, and payments for the next one are open too (Same payment adress).

When we get enough BTC for a full miner, we will order the next one. If we don´t get enough, dont worry, you will get your bitcoins refunded from us.

You should have allowed those that expressed the interest first time to pay for their shares, not just opened it up and let people swoop in ahead of those that already said they required shares...

You failed to account for time zones etc, and since you sent a pm to those that put their name down, you could easily have sent them a , "you have 24hrs to pay to address" pm...

I totally agree.

We are not all glued to the computer to reply or pay as soon as you demand it.

I suggest you order the second unit now, and continue accepting payments once you have fully clarified the queue order and payment status of the initial expressions of interest.

FYI I was one of the first expressions of interest with reserving shares on the unit, and now have missed payment and thus a position in the first unit.

the preorder units and pre-order time are limited, the first in first out concept is also common in many other projects.

So it would be much effort to do a preorder list and wait until everyone has payed due to some people who say that they would take shares and then they dont take them.

Im pretty sure our next device will be full soon and will be shipped with the other device.

I have to apologize for the fast changing to payments.

But I heard that already many pre orders are taken and like itxtutor said they are strictly limited, so we cannot wait for everyone to buy in, the batches have to fill fast and we will make a fast order as soon as a Batch is full.

I dont unterderstand your doubts, I have so many PNs asking if the 2nd Batch will fill accordingly. If you just would start to pay in for the 2nd batch Iam sure we can fill it up in the next 2 days!

And as mentioned in OP if the pre orders are closed, the BTC will be refunded.

you requested people show an interest, for some this means also aquiring the btc or move btc from other wallets etc...

IF you request people to sign up to show interest, you are duty oblidged to allow them to pay first, in some way....be that 1 hour or 24 hours....you should give them priority...

I only want one share, so tbh it makes little diff to me, as ive already pm'd you my transid for the next share run.....but in future, please, play fair.
