in the meantime i tried everything to get another device for our GP but it doesnt look so well at the moment.

Since yesterday, Bitcentury put up a waiting list, we are also enrolled in this list.

This means if Bitcentury get their hands on some pre orders und we are the next in the queue, we have 24h time to pay the Pre order.
Iam confident that we can fill up the amount in a time frame of 24hours and I can also pay about the half of the Miner upfront from my own BTCs.

Just use the sendmany command in Bitcoin-qt. Wouldn't work if you are using blockchain.info though.

Hey guys,

just to inform you once again, your buying interest is no reservation for any Share in this project, its just for us to see the demand.

As mentioned before only the investors of the former Batch 5 have a Share reservation in the amount of their previous investment.
If this amount of BTC is enough to pay the next Device we wont take any further share payments for the moment, and I expect it to be enough.

The selling of Shares will just start again if we have the final order of the next device in our hands.

Unfortunatly we have to raise the Share pricing as the BTC rate is very low and the Unit price will be higher, price per Share will be 1,25BTC.

Another limitation will be the amount of shares per person for the following devices of Batch 1. of metabank, every User is only allowed to take 5 Shares, please note that this is a group buy and the Investors which can effort a full device should buy these directly.

We reserve the right to sell the remaining shares to Users with have already stated their interest in this Thread instead of any other Users.

I think with this terms we keep everything fair for all of us.

Hello, we will also implement a share trading fee of 2%. This fee of 2% will reward the amount of time we have, to correct the address ,payout the mining income and do administration. We think 2% is very low and can certainly cope with each.

Furthermore, at the share trade, its to note that there is a pre-buy right within the investor base of this project, this represents 24 hours after the sale announcement, only after this time outsiders can bid on a share.

Since the terms of use have changed slightly, we give every investor the opportunity to get out of the project , if he does not agree with the new conditions.
We now offer a cancellation / refund period for all investors, this applies only in the following period and under the following conditions:

During this withdrawal period of 1 week (until Sunday 30.06.2013 Time- 18h) everyone has the opportunity to return his shares to us for the issue price in BTC, that means 1 BTC / Share.

The payouts from the withdrawal will take up to 14 days !

Who does not take the right of withdrawal within this period, agrees to the new terms and conditions.
