I never heard of this problem before. You sure you entered the right name ? The screen name and user name is different, because Phenix is going to use your username for coming other features too.

It's been happening to me and other people I've seen commenting on here. Basically, when you try to make your poker account you get an error saying failed to create poker account (error 302 I think), and then when you try to log in after that you just keep getting invalid account status: 0.

Yes this is precise description of my problem, tried to create 3 accounts, all the same problem.. I use Google Chrome btw and never had this kinda problem ever. Looks like no poker for me
