I don't want to spread any FUD, but these two articles raise some good questions. When investing money, you should be critical. For example, why are millions of dollars necessary to develop a project when there are tokens out there that developers are developing without 30 millions dollars raised? Maybe even without 1000 dollars raised?

Yes, i`m agree with you - it`s rather strange because recently we saw 50% growth of NEO and a lot of positive news about it.
By the way Aphelion is the 2nd ICO on NEO (First was Red Pulse).

Now they collected 4.4mln$ - what is min summ do they need for project?

A couple of quotes from the white paper.

"It is possible that all ICO tokens are sold in round 1" - didn't quite make it to this possibility, and looks like this possibility will not come true even in round 3 (only a total of 13% sold so far in round 3).

"Any tokens that are unsold through the end of round 3 will be burned." - me thinks there will be a huge bonfire getting lit up in the offices of Aphelion.

It's a pitty this ICO is heading towards a complete failure as it will give NEO a bad name.
Good luck to Aphelion, hope you do well but it's gonna be a long long road.

As I know, they stoped their bounty due to low outcome. (Somewhere this was officially announced)  Bounty hunters dont need to panic, as they calculate your bounties after the ICO.

The only Aphelion bounty, that I can find, that has come to an end is the Facebook bounty. If you have a look on the OP page is says "*FACEBOOK CAMPAIGN IS NOW CLOSED*".
