Of course I'm sure that bitcoin is not particularly risky as other coins, but still would refrain from such actions, one always needs to have something in reserve for the last resort

is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? anyhow this money sits in the bank and do nothing for!
It's too risky to turn all your money to bitcoin. For me,I will never do it,I will only invest a certain amount in bitcoin but not all my money.I should have money in my pocket so that anytime I need I have money to spend it.

Investing to bitcoin is not too risky at all, it's profitable and reliable instead. But i don't want to invest all of my money to bitcoin, it's just a digital currency that is enabled through internet access, And internet connections are not available at all times and all places.

It is indeed risky if you have no more disposable fiat at hand right now. Can you find a market in your area that accepts Bitcoin as payment? How about gas stations? Can you have you car be gassed up using Bitcoins only? If the answer is no then it is not advisable for you to turn all your money into Bitcoins. But if you are referring to your savings only, I guess it is a different case. I would recommend that you turn around 80 percent of these idle savings in the banks into Bitcoins because the faster growth in value is here in crypto. But leave some of course in case of emergency.

Is it risky? Yes, it's risky like any investment. But without a great risk there isn't a great reward.

yes it is very risky if you turn all your money into bitcoin, because bitcoin many experience ups and downs and when you are in need of money but suddenly the value of bitcoin price drops and the value of the price does not have in common with the purchase time then you will lose. so I'd better suggest you to invest some of your money in bitcoin and part of it in another business, because everything must be a risk you have to think about

No investment is 100% save dude, it is wise to split into 1/4 of your money into any investment, it sucks and disappoint if you put all eggs in a bowl
As far as I know bitcoin it’s not risky it’s very easy and safe to invest because many banks have accepted bitcoin and even billionaires and rich people are investing here and I know a lot of people who are using their real money to buy bitcoins I’m also investing here from last three years and bitcoin always give me a profit it’s one of the committed currency in market but it doesn’t mean to use all your money here your little investment is enough to get a good profit.
if bitcoin has no risk why you are not using all your money for investment while no risk means no possibility to lose? I think you're wrong bitcoin has a risk, and the risk will be even greater if you're impatient and do not understand the bitcoin market, because there are times when bitcoin prices go down and if you're impatient you will panic and sell your bitcoin, and you will lose your money mate?

I think it's very risky because bitcoins change in price compared to paper money that remains the same value. My advice do not change all to bitcoin but only partially to avoid falling bitcoin prices.

Putting your money in such way of buying virtual coin like bitcoins is a wise choice that should everyone consider.
There is no risk once you put your money in bitcoin in fact it is good since your money will go in the circulation and generate interest for instant income without working hard to have it. In this situation bitcoin helps you to become financially stable without worries and doing anything else.

It isn't risky if you really know exactly what you do with your money and Bitcoin.

Well if you are ready to take this risk , then go ahead , buy bitcoin. But if you can't afford to loose all the amount then...don't do it. Don't be attract by the mirrage of getting rich over night.

Of course, this is risky. You can invest in several crypto currencies, do not add all the eggs to one basket. If one coin does not work, then others will work.

Is this really a serious question, or is the poster just trolling, or just plain stupid? A lot of reasons have already been given above as to why converting all your money to bitcoin (or any altcoin, for that matter) is such as stupid idea, that this comment has almost become unnecessary.

Let me just leave here a popular saying, (which should be self-explanatory) -- "Don't put all your eggs in one basket."

With how gold used to be, nothing seemed like it would end. If another alt-coin rises, BTC will too.

Only put what's wanted to be risked into investment, leaving the rest into holdings or priority expenses is ideal if in danger immediately.

Now, if wanting to play it big... All cryptocurrencies seem like more digital infrastructure can come so play this smart.

Surely it is a risky thing to turn all your money into bitcoin. But there is a possibility if, you are 100% risk takers and few believers will do this because you are sure there will be a big pump that will happen soon.

Before we invest all the money with bitcoin we are required to know in advance the risks of making the investment. Bitcoin is good for investment in the long term but if we do not know how to manage the system then it is suicide for us because of the possibility to get big losses. I suggest better invest half of your money into bitcoin and half use it to build a business so we can make money from it.
