I will spend 7 days a week from 3am PST to 5PM PST playing DOUBLE TROUBLE on Bitcoin forum for the rest of my life. I will try to get in as early as possible by hitting the refresh button every 5 minutes. How much will I will be walking out by the end of the month? I don't know! But I am bored and don't have a job so this is what I'm going to do! I gotta feed my 3 months old baby and GF. This is the only way I can think to make some money. Thank you everyone for read this.

Yeah, despite my early enthusiasm for these schemes, it appears that this forum has lost traction/traffic. There are not enough players to make it worth blowing more than a few BTC before giving up.

Maybe the refresh method will be okay, but I'm thinking there are better ways to make more BTC.


This is what you should be doing before playing these games:

Look at the spreadsheet and see how many people are in ahead of you. Count up how many BTC they have invested and then multiply it by the payout factor (2x, 1.5x, etc).

Now take a look at the block chain every 5 seconds and add up all of the transactions that don't appear on the spreadsheet. Multiply those by the payout factor too.

Add both of those results together and you have a good guess at how much BTC will have to be collected from others before you stand a chance of being paid.

Now how much are you going to put in? Does it add up to more than the number you came up with earlier?


I'm leaving out fees too, of course.


In the end, lots of people will lose money and that is negative karma for anyone who participates. I think I have to decline from playing further for that very reason, even if you can get better odds by leveraging technology. I wouldn't want to hurt anymore people because the universe has a way of throwing that right back in your face.


I would not trust the higher payback schemes like 2x where the first 3 or 4 investments are 3-4BTC or more. A lot of BTC has to be paid out before anyone has a decent chance.
