You should have read the rules before you started posting. If you had, you would have read Rule 33 and wouldn't have copy-pasted. This forum permabans copy-pasters on the spot without a warning.

Your 7 day ban was because your posts were of an extremely low quality, effectively spamming the forum to profit from your signature campaign. It is unrelated to why you are perma-banned.

No. You are banned, as in you the person. You shouldn't post on any account anymore.
If you post on another account, you will be breaking Rule 25.
