coinomi account restored, but no eth

i restored my coinomi account on a refreshed machine.

the only money that's on there is a little bit of ethereum but i can't find a way to restore it.

coinomi recommends typing M/44H/60H/0H/0 into the derivation path box when re adding ethereum to the wallet to restore the correct account and balance but this is having no effect.

does anyone have any ideas?

i did manage a successful restoration once before but i can't remember how i did it now.

Maybe it takes time before you can see your wallet  with funds.. or try to use other browsers with javascript support
And check if you can see your balance.. if not better to try contact the support about your issue
