You could try local bitcoins as the member above said, but I say that you could try out the currency exchange section here but make sure you use an escrow to ensure a safe deal. You can easily buy that much BTC here on these forums; there are a couple of high value sellers.

If you wanna buy Bitcoin with your paypal balance I think you should try to find out an exchange on bestchange.com,  there are a lot of exchange providing exchange paypal to Bitcoin service. I've tried one time before and the exchange fee is 5% but don't know how about now

You know paypal is not accepted by most cryptocurrency holders in exchange of btc as they fear it is capable of being controlled even after months.
There are only two methods that allows you to exchange paypal with btc:
Either you can find willing traders on localbitcoins or you need to pay a bit extra fee on virwox to get you paypal funds exchanged officially.
