hi i need a cart that make my paypal verify . i have all type of my country no one make my paypal verify

Not sure if Wirex still has them but a few months ago I'd buy cards from Wirex.com which were used to verify my PayPal account(s). If they don't, try http://openvcc.com. If I recall, it's $3 from Wirex/e-coin and apnud $7 from openvcc for one that allows you to use it to verify.

Why not open a bank account if it's a legitimate one? They give you a card that cna be replaced free of charge multiple times.

Where are you feeling the problem ? You have any bank account linked with your paypal ?

Do you need the VCC to verify your paypal account or to remove the limit from your account? VCC doesn't work if paypal has frozen/limited your account.
