Under traditional settings it would be very hard to micro incentivize people, regardless of physical borders (mainly because of transaction fees and there are places where getting a bank account or credit card is not as easy as in western developed countries). Setting up an ethereum address takes a few seconds, compare that to how much time it takes to get a bank account or credit card.

So with smart contracts and blockchain, we can create a layer on which we can scale. So with this awesome community and a unified blockchain settlement layer we can scale and increase our current 2.5 million visits per year by expanding to more countries without limit.

Since blockchain enables micro incentivization, we can create superb quality local databases 10x better than current solutions (similarly how Steemit rapidly grew to 16.5M monthly visits by incentivizing good content creation) , which enables us to become a dominant player in the medical tourism market, which is projected to grow to $540 billion by 2025 by Oxford Economics and Visa.

There are other aspects as well, like a traditional centralized player - ZocDoc - has raised $223 million from Venture Capitalists, and they charge $300 per month per doctor, to collect reviews and provide an online profile for physicians. When a doctor stops paying, she looses all her reviews, since ZocDoc owns all the reviews.

We deeply believe in a future where healthcare is global, inclusive and not dominated by any central player. This is why we aim to build a decentralized blockchain-based healthcare platform, and ultimately improving the lives of 1 billion people. Currently we potentially reach 230 million people in Brazil and Hungary, so having a positive impact on 1 billion people is not out of sight.

I am aware that this topic is complex, which is partly a reason why there are not too many healthcare projects, and this is why we are focusing on building a multi-disciplinary team.

Indeed. For most of the countries of Old World blockchain technology is one of the ways to achieve quality services. Countries with the corruption on high level control everything, but here all the people can invest in their own future and owners will pay huge taxes. Everyone got's profit. People are happy with good quality and reliable servies. Correct me if Im wron?

Corruption and political influence are huge problems, which can be addressed by decentralization and transparency, so yes everyone can benefit immensely from blockchain-based incentivized healthcare platform.

Our goals are to be the dominant player in (1) medical tourism (which will be a $540 billion business by 2025 according to Oxford Economics and Visa, then be a dominant player in (2) pharmaceutical communication research and finally (3) be a dominant global player in digital health.
