Looking for a basic website designer. Not sure what type (HTML, Java, etc), though I would like something basic similar to this
http://www.cryptocommunications.com/ , I also wouldn't mind something similar to the smooth transitions between tabs like that website (how it fades in and out as opposed to just reloading the page).
Something I could edit text freely, yet the overall design would stay basically the same. Simply 3 or 4 page web site for the meantime, with added features along the way (if you'd be willing to earn extra
BTC as additional work is needed).
If anyone could let me know the cost generally associated with something like this I would appreciate it! I've already got the domain purchased, and web space (however I may cancel the web space and go with something you recommend, as I probably could find a better deal else ware)

EDIT: Also, I would like either the website to be mobile friendly, or somehow make an additional mobile version, as that is a major focus of what I'm going for!
