Honestly, I haven't tried this one. This is the first time that I heard of it and after reading your post, I went to its website and check it out. The website itself is quite normal for an online casino and, how can I say this, it is quite similar to the other popular ones. I don't know if this is a deliberate move from the team who developed it or just a coincidence. Tried a few games with some free chips and the they load smoothly. It would be best if we could hear from players who actually deposited real money/bitcoin to it. Review sites gave them 4/5 stars but I don't know if they paid that review site or if it is an honest review.

Just be careful with websites that are new like this one.

Actually it is not a new casino, I tried this casino more than a year ago and I managed to win some dogecoin then withdraw it without problems. I'm not really sure about the latest situation whether they are still paying or not as I played once then left.

i am not trying bitcoinpenguin and this is my first time to heard this name. i think its the same like the other gambling site, we have to deposit some bitcoin to start playing, have fun in that site and expecting to win big money. but always be careful when you decide to try to play the games and always use free money to play.

However most of the traffic that goes to these sites usually originates from foreign language websites or from google. So people find the site on Google, and assume since its ranked high on Google then it must be legit.

However many of these sites find ways to improve their Page Rank and they aren't always vetted.

That's why we see posts like this from the OP which is asking if the site is legit or not when there isn't an official thread for it yet.

I agree it seems a bit unprofessional not to have an official thread on bitcointalk since it's a central forum for all cryptocurrencies
But not having a thread on bitcointalk doesn't mean you're not legit
I agree with you, I'd avoid it without seeing some peer reviews
There are some online though, but I don't trust anything as much as I do with bitcointalk

There is not so many good reviews about them and looks like delay on withdrawal in quite common issue they have.
Just use fortunejack, crypto-games.net, bitdice etc as bitcoin casino, bitcoinpenguin doesn't even have announcement thread here in this forum.

couple months ago i had no problem getting money out.  The deposit bonus system is nice tho, only 35x rollover which is better than most places' 40x.   I've heard there were withdrawal delays lately.   Then again I heard the same thing about Bovada last year.

I'm not really sure what do you mean by fully complicated, as it is just similar to other bitcoin casinos. Did you try open the texas holdem by softwiss provider? If so, then it is a common thing to get slow load especially if you load it for the first time imho. But I agree, even though I have good experience in this casino but I wont recommend it to other because I used it long time ago.

I used to be very activate on bitcoinpenguin. A month ago they were top notch. Always paid withdraws within 30 minutes. Now, they manually go through every single withdraw and it takes 1 week+ to get your withdraw. I've even had friends who got banned from them and lost their balance simply because they would accuse them of having multiple accounts or trying to ' rig the system '. They have gone down hill and I no longer play there and no longer trust them. If you don't mind the risk of not getting paid for some BS reason or if you don't mind waiting 1+ week to get your withdraw, then... I guess go for it! It's really a shame because they were my go-to casino for months and I never had an issue until recently. I'm now looking for a new casino to play on.

Bitcoin penguin is one of the worst casinos I've played.. glitchy laggy and the longest losing streak I've ever seen. However they do have nice artistic appeal. Save your coins for something more productive like throwing them at cars on the highway.

i enjoyed this site since it is the only one where you can play betsoft games and some other 'reputed' games provide. They've  always payed me really fast from 10, 000 to 250,000 doges. but last time i've been playing there, they let my cashout pending for a week. Then i cancelled and lost it all so i dont know if they would have paid out. But definitely this site lost my trust.

I think they rely heavily on Google traffic and due to their nice designs is why they are still operational.

They are provably fair however when you click the main link on their website " view our certification" it goes nowhere.

I agree they are very laggy however the losing streak is mostly due to bad luck and they are not cheating you.
