WEX.nz & Moneypolo.com scam my fiat ?

Dear all,

My account is verified via xbtce.

My wire transfer at 21 & 24-jul-2017 transfered to BTCE via Moneypolo 110k USD successful but BTCE is died and not credit, after Wex.nz recreated and now it still not resolved and I don't hear any info about my money.

My money not credit to my account in Wex.com. I created a ticket with supporter and answer from them: Contact to Moneypolo to refund.

After I created 2 tickets with Moneypolo & Moneypolo don't answer my ticket & I don't have any info about it.

Scam? How can they refund me? Who like me?

Exactly the same happened to me.

I contacted MoneyPolo 2 weeks ago, filled in some documents and sent a proof of Payment whereafter I haven't received a response anymore.

WEX Also couldn't help me.

Tried to contact MoneyPolo on Facebook, MoneyPolo Livechat, but they couldn't help me as they continuously said "the case is still under investigation."

Yes I am also in the same situation.

WEX.nz told me to go to moneypolo and fill out a ticket. I did this and since doing that I had no response.

They do not respond to any further questions.

how to sue them with Czec & FBI ?
I don't know Mayzus Financial, I transfer money via deposit document of btce website before 24-Jul. 26-Jul btc-e.com died and I don't received credit to now. Wex (btce) created and accept lost money via token but they don't process to credit my money transfered.

Still no response from MoneyPolo so I tried to contact WEX and ask them if they could contact MoneyPolo for me to solve this issue. After more then a week WEX replied the following:

This is ridiculous, WEX doesn't want to help me and MoneyPolo ignores my tickets. This is a very bad case. Let's work together and see what we can do, as this starts to look like a ripoff for those people who deposited fiat in the transition period.
