Still no response from MoneyPolo so I tried to contact WEX and ask them if they could contact MoneyPolo for me to solve this issue. After more then a week WEX replied the following:

Этo cooбщeниe WEX дocтaвлeнo Kayako .This is ridiculous, WEX doesn't want to help me and MoneyPolo ignores my tickets. This is a very bad case. Let's work together and see what we can do, as this starts to look like a ripoff for those people who deposited fiat in the transition period.
