http://guardianlv.com/2013/05/cyprus-a-terrible-story-involving-profit-and-poverty/

The international financial taxes points to an unclear economic scenario for foreign direct investment and financial flows of capital in the country for years to come. To make the things worse, bitcoin is the newest pledge to strengthen the economy.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. Header-only clients like Bither trust that the majority of mining power is honest for the purposes of enforcing network rules such as the 21 million BTC limit. Full clients do not trust miners in this way.

I believe the author's grasp on english has created this fail.
