etherdelta.com - i can't find My "Select Account "

I open in web etherdelta.com - site work but i can't find My "Select Account " - tap is missing
any suggestions when will it be okay?

First of all make sure you're visiting a correct link :
https://etherdelta.com

Did you open it using PC or Mobile ? because as far as i know,they did not support mobile version.
if you still can not see it,try to add Metamask Extension in your pc browser.
afterwards login in to the metamask and then go to etherdelta.com
if you're login in to metamask,automatically they will select it as your account.
