https://bitcoin.org/en/posts/denounce-segwit2x

Looks like Bitcoin.org is about to warn users into not falling for the segwit2x scam by holding coins in exchanges that are deliberately (or ignorantly) ambigious about what they are going to do.

A reminder that any exchange that isn't listing both tokens, and clearly stating that  BTC is the legacy chain while B2X or however they want to name it, is segwit2x, is scamming you by not giving you a clear choice to solve this as it should be solved (in the markets).

Scam artist Jeff Garzik and co are also not adding proper replay protection to make things for harder trying to dump the shitcoin.

Keep your eyes open and remember to email the following companies telling them to list the legacy chain as BTC and the hardfork as something else or threat them to never use their scam sites again:

It's good to see bitcoin.org taking action. Too many noobs are stumbling upon bitcoin.com and reading their straight lies and propaganda. If you pretend to do nothing and watch how this happens, they will win. People must take a clear stance on this, and it seems nothing but an attack on bitcoin. They are scared to let the market decide, which is why they want to kill the legacy chain and claim they are BTC. They also claim the users of these sites are supporting the fork, when it's obvious the average user got no idea of any of this. Very sad to see.

Old news, that was already in the basket. There was only about a twenty minute windows to jump through for a full blind side attack on the markets and hitting those fear based cruisers on their way out the door. Our overall office attack created a full 43 trades against them, too small of a base investment though, only 3 BTC and then we walked out at 10.4 BTC after the dust settled. We are EST and it was out and in at an odd time, but we did ok.
