The reason is stated in the OP: "We will allow everyone to enter the airdrop, but the distribution will be granted only to users that provide a wallet address having a minimum of ETH balance. This way can avoid spamming too much addresses and can also be a fair distribution for newbie users aswell."

If you really want to avoid multiple registrations, set the minimum to 1ETH!

The old ANN topic was closed due to a bad regulation for the airdrop; there were some unfair users cheating on their rank by using other profiles for the application form.
So we decided to move to something not related to Bitcointalk username or rank. We will allow everyone to enter the airdrop, but the distribution will be granted only to users that provide a wallet address having a minimum of ETH balance. This way can avoid spamming too much addresses and can also be a fair distribution for newbie users aswell.
We can maybe use a PM confirmation for other future airdrops, but only to a limited number of users, still not sure about this.
